Rubi 3 is on El Valle Golf Resort.  Next to El Valle National Park, 15 minutes from Murcia and 20 minutes from the beautiful Costa Calida beaches.

Rubi3 can sleep 6 guests.  Both the master suite and  bedroom 2 have king size beds and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.  

El Valle Golf Resort has an onsite restautant - Sandalo, a gym, tennis courts, padel courts, a grocery store and communal pools (as well as the private pool at the villa).  And a golf course!

Rubi3 is fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment and appliances you will need.  There is a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob,  microwave,  coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and sandwich toaster.   We have a wide range of kitchen equipment -  everything from knives and chopping boards, a great selection of pots and pans including a paella dish, a cheese grater and garlic press, serving dishes and baking trays as well as plenty of plates, bowls, mugs and glasses.  Finally (and most importantly) there is a wine and bottle opener, wine stoppers and ice buckets.  If you want to know if we have a specific item them please message us.

There are taxi services available from both Murcia and Alicante airports and the El Valle clubhouse and on site grocery store are within walking distance of Rubi3.  There are several other restaurants a short drive or cycle ride away  but we strongly recommend you hire a car so you can fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Yes there is a gym available for residents and guests to use with a wide range of equipment including a treadmill, cross trainer, bike and cardio wave as well as a good selection of free weights. The gym is located in the main clubhouse and can be accessed using the fob key provided on the main villa keys you will find in the villa.  Opening times are:

0700 - 2300 (Summer)

0800 - 2200 (Winter)

Rubi3 has amazing views over the 5th tee at the rear and across the golf course from the front of the villa.  The golf course is private property though and residents and guests can only walk on the course if they have booked to play a round.  You can book via this link here:  http://www.gnkgolf.com/campos/elvalle

Yes, there is aircon in the 3 bedrooms and in the main living area.  There is also central heating via radiators for the chillier winter evenings.

Yes we have bed linen, pool towels and bath towels at the villa for you to use.

Yes, there are two hairdryers (one located in each bathroom).

Yes, every week our friendly pool cleaner - Craig - will visit to make sure the pool is cleaned and ready for you use.

Yes, there is good WiFi throughout the villa.  And WiFi extenders make sure most of the terrace is covered too.
